It’s time to settle the debate! Join us for Louisville’s most flavorful showdown, where local chefs, restaurants, and home cooks battle for the title of Best Chili in Louisville.
Bring your best recipe, your competitive spirit, and your friends for a day filled with great food, live music, family fun, and community giving.
All proceeds benefit Norton Children’s Hospital, with a fundraising goal of $20,000.

- Date & Time: Sunday, October 12, 2025, from Noon – 6 PM.
- Location: NULU Market Street (800 Block).
- Check-In for Contestants: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (spots assigned upon payment).
- Entry Fee: $25 per team (includes 10’x10’ booth space & judging container).
Competitor Highlights
What You Get:
A 10’x10’ exhibitor space (tents encouraged).
Official quart container for judges.
Opportunity to win cash prizes and the People’s Choice Award.
What to Bring:
Cooking equipment (propane or pellet smokers – no open flames).
Tables, utensils, sample cups, signage, and creative booth decorations.
About 30 gallons of chili (recommended) for public tastings.
